I operate as Sarah Marty Coaching under the legal entity SmartySoulSessions, LLC. Throughout this website and related materials, the terms “Sarah Marty Coaching,” “SmartySoulSessions,” “I,” and “my” may be used interchangeably and refer to me and my business.

The website sarahmartycoaching.com is owned and operated by SmartySoulSessions, LLC, and all services provided through this website are offered under this entity.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sarahmartycoaching.com and booking coaching sessions, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use my website or services.

I reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of my website or services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

Services Offered

I offer individual, 1:1 dating and relationship coaching sessions conducted virtually worldwide via video or phone. Sessions may include guidance, tools, strategies, and resources to support your personal growth in dating & relationships.

Important: My coaching services are not therapy, counseling, medical, or legal advice. Coaching is strictly for personal development in the context of dating and relationships. If you require mental health treatment, medical advice or legal guidance, please seek a licensed professional. I can assist in providing resources if you need support in finding a provider in your area. 
 

Session Details

Session Length: 60 minutes (unless otherwise specified)

Format: Video call (Zoom or Google Meet) or phone as arranged

Booking & Payment: Sessions are booked via our online scheduling system. Payment is due at the time of booking.

All sessions include a free 15-minute discovery call, which allows you to determine if our coaching is a good fit.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session.

Sessions canceled less than 24 hours of appointment will be charged in full.

No-shows are considered forfeited and payment will not be refunded.

Sessions do not roll over; each must be used in the agreed upon timeframe unless otherwise arranged.

This policy ensures respect for your coach’s time and maintains a high-quality experience for all clients.

 

Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared in coaching sessions is treated as confidential.

I may use anonymized client feedback or testimonials for marketing purposes but will never disclose your identity without consent.

Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By participating, you consent to these recordings for internal use only.

 

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, resources, and tools provided by me are my intellectual property. You may use them for personal purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share without written permission.

Technical Requirements

Coaching sessions require a reliable internet connection, device capable of video or phone calls, and software/platform access (e.g., Zoom). 

 

Health and Safety

If a coaching session involves activities that could impact physical or mental well-being, you are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally fit to participate. I am not liable for any adverse effects resulting from coaching or suggested exercises.

 

Limitation of Liability

Participation in coaching sessions is at your own risk.

I am not liable for any outcomes, direct or indirect from your use of coaching advice, strategies or materials.

Results vary for each individual and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmartySoulSessions, LLC and me from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of my services, including third-party interactions or legal issues.

 

Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make false, derogatory, or disparaging statements about me or my services. Likewise I will not make false, derogatory, or disparaging statements about you.

 

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve in good faith. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Connecticut.

 

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding my coaching services. Any prior agreements, representations, or communications are superseded by this document.

 

By booking a session with Sarah Marty Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
